The 2015 Fluffball was held on Saturday, October 3 at The Little Door in Los Angeles, CA. The event benefited The Animal Hope & Wellness Foundation, an organization that works to rescue animals who are victims of extreme abuse. Despite the warm weather, 150 people showed up to raise awareness for the incredible work The Animal Hope & Wellness Foundation does on a daily basis.
Emmanuelle honored Kim Simpson, a Fluffball advocate and donor who raised over $6,000 herself through Crowdrise by encouraging friends, family and strangers to get involved! We are so humbled to have people like Kim support The Fluffball, and look forward to working with her for years to come!
Marc Ching was given The Fluffball Hero of the Year award for his relentless work in rescuing animals both at home and abroad. His work saving dogs from the meat trade industry in Asia is particularly moving, and at the event we were able to raise enough funds to bring 12 more dogs home.
Celebrity supporters and attendees included: Lori Laughlin, Ivan Sergei, Jason Gray Stanford, Anna Silk, Rick Howland, Shane Sparks, Charley Koontz
